ACG Livingstone Amadi has retired from the Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, after 35 years of meritorious service.

The Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service Muhammad Babandede, acknowledged that Amadi was “a dedicated, goal getter and resourceful officer, who served meritoriously and left with good report”.

A statement by James Sunday, NIS Public Relations Officer, said that Amadi was “a thorough breed of the Nigeria Immigration Service, a cerebral and valuable officer, whose contributions in all the commands where he worked speak volume, a dogged and loyal officer of high repute”.
