ROMMY Ezeonwuka, a member of Board of Trusty,  BOT, of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, has urged Federal Government to pay compensation herdsmen killings in the country.

According to him, many families lost members through massive killings and injuries inflicted by Fulani herdsmen across the country.

He also called for the arrest and prosecution of the perpetrators to serve as a deterrent to others, who had little or no value for human lives.

Speaking to newsmen shortly after a meeting with members of Ogirishi Igbo Foundation at his residence at Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area, Ezeonwuka described herdsmen as a terrorist group.

Linus Uchay, the chairman of Ogirishi Igbo Foundation, said the Federal Government’s efforts to contain the menace as not enough to detect these herdsmen.
