
ASUU strike: Gridlock as youth block Lagos airport road

SOME Nigerian youths have taken to the street to block the ever-busy Lagos airport road due to the lingering strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities.
In a video circulating on the Nigerian digital space, some youths were seen singing as they blocked the road leading to the Lagos airport. Moreso, there was some security presence in the vicinity.
On Sunday youths under the aegis of the National Association of Nigerian Students threatened to ground the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, today.
