Boko Haram planning to attack Abuja – Customs

THE Nigeria Customs Service has informed Nigerians of the imminent attack by Boko Haram insurgents in and around the Federal Capital Territory. It said that the terrorists have camps in the FCT.

The NCS in a notice with reference number: NCS/ENF/ABJ/180/S.I/VOL.II, issued by H.A. Sabo, comptroller, enforcement headquarters, said it had information that Boko Haram terrorists were in Abuja.

“Information reaching the Comptroller-General of Customs reveals the existence of Boko Haram terrorist camps in and around the Federal Capital Territory. Further reports have it that they are planning to attack some selected targets within the territory. They are reported to have set up their camps in the following identified enclaves: Kunyan Bush along airport road, off DIA Staff Quarters, Abuja; Robochi/Gwagwalada forest; Kwaku Forest, Kuje; Unaisha Forest in the Toto Local Government of Nasarawa State, and Gegu Forest close to Idu Town in Kogi State.

“Consequently, you are to be at alert and security conscious of your environment at all times. Ensure wide circulation please,” it said.
