–

Sambo Dasuki, a retired colonel and immediate past national security adviser, on Tuesday, November 3, won his case against the federal government and Department of State Service, DSS, as a federal high court in Abuja granted him permission to travel abroad for an urgent medical treatment.

Justice Adeniyi Ademola, presiding judge who gave the ruling, dismissed the counter argument by the prosecuting counsel, opposing Dasuki’s need for medical check-up outside the country.

Ademola, therefore, ordered that Dasuki’s travelling documents be released to him to enable him travel out of the country.
