Fidelity Bank Supports Financial Inclusion in Nigeria

FIDELITY Bank has expressed support for financial inclusion in the country by providing incentives to attract customers and enable them save their money in the bank. Victor Abejegh, chief financial officer of Fidelity made this known at the presentation of prizes to winners in its ongoing ‘Save4Shelter’ in Lagos.

The bank had two weeks ago rewarded 18 customers selected via an electronic raffle draw, in a promo scripted to encourage customers and the general public to save.

The latest set of winners marked the fourth in the four-month old promotion.

“We still have two more houses to be won in Port-Harcourt and Lagos before the end of the promo in April. We encourage our esteem customers to continue to patronise us and we will continue to give them excellent service delivering,” he said.

The prize winner of N500, 000, Samuel Daniel Ikwuje, who expressed gratitude to the bank, said: “This is the first time I am winning anything in a promo. This came to me as a big surprise. I am happy about it. Fidelity bank has demonstrated transparency in the way they have handle the entire process.”

Other winners that were presented with prizes include Toyin Babatunde and George Chinonso Ukpadia.
