President Buhari Nominates 47 Ambassadors

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari has forwarded to the Senate for confirmation the list of 47 persons to be appointed Nigeria’s ambassadors to various countries around the world.
Senate President Bukola Saraki made the announcement during Senate plenary on Thursday, June 9.
He, however, did not disclose the names of the nominees.
Buhari recalled the country’s ambassadors shortly after he assumed office on May 29, last year.
