Change Financial Limited, CFL, a United States – based fintech company, has announced the appointment of Teresa Clarke as chairman effective September 1, 2018, following the resignation of Peter Clare.

Clarke is an independent, non-executive director of the company with vast networks in banking and technology through her experience as a managing director with Goldman Sachs and chair and CEO of digital holding company Africa.com.

Clare’s resignation as a director of the CFL will be effective from August 31.

Clarke, the Change Financial director, said: “We thank Mr Clare for his important contributions to the evolution of Change Financial. We wish him all the best with his future endeavours. Change is embarking upon a new chapter.  We have a new CEO, coupled with our investment in the Ivy Entities and the completion of significant development work for a new segment of enterprise customers.
