D.Z. Senchi, justice of the FCT High Court, Jabi, has issued a warrant of arrest of Dan Etete, ex-Minister of Petroleum and Mohammed Adoke, ex-AGF who were implicated in the Malabu Oil Deal that has lingered over the years.

The court issued the order follwing the request for the warrant by the Economic anf financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, which can now arrest them anywhere they are found.

This is not the first time an arrest warrant has been issued and coming 10 days after an expected presentation by the ENI experts are expected on April 10.
