GODWIN Obaseki of Edo State on Sunday, June 14, paid a visit to Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State at the Rivers State Government House, Port Harcourt.
Realnews reports that Obaseki, who is making a bid for a second term in office, was disqualified by the All Progressives Congress, APC, from participating in its governorship primaries in the State.
He is looking for a platform to pursue his ambition and it is being speculated that his visit to Wike may be part of the consultations to join the Peoples Democratic party in Edo State.
