THE Partners of Aluko & Oyebode have announced the admission of Funmilayo Otsemobor into the Firm’s Partnership, with effect from April 1, 2020.
Funmilayo joined Aluko & Oyebode in 2009 and is a core member of the Firm’s Banking & Finance Practice. She has robust experience in Project & Infrastructure Finance, Banking Law, Corporate Finance, Oil & Gas Finance, Real Estate Finance, and Corporate Commercial law.
Funmilayo has been recognized as a rising star and next-generation lawyer in IFLR and Legal 500 reviews in Banking, Project Development, and Project Finance practice areas. She is described by clients as “knowledgeable, accessible, and exhibiting a commendable level of professionalism”. She has served on the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Lagos Branch and is currently the Secretary of the Banking, Finance and Insolvency Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law.
