ROSE Chinyere Uzoma, administrator, career public servant, 65, March 23. She was educated at Methodist School, Amaokwe-Item; Queen’s College, Enugu; Olivet High School, Oyo, and University of Ibadan. She joined the Nigeria Immigration Service in 1978, and was appointed comptroller-general of Immigration on July 30, 2010. She also retired from the service on January 15, 2013.
