Oluwatobi Oyefeso, lecturer, technocrat and administrator, 58, February 20. Born in Isara Remo in Remo North local government area of Ogun State, and educated at Ogun State College of Education, Ijebu-Ode, 1980-1983; Polytechnic of North London, London, 1986-1989; Brunnel University of West London, Uxbridge, UK, 1989-1990; University of Greenwich, London, 1999-2000; University of  Aberdeen, Aberdeen, Scotland, 2000-2003 for a PhD  in Finance. At various times between 1990 and 1999, Oyefeso worked as senior management accountant, financial operations manager, economic analyst, and since 2003, as a senior lecturer in Finance at the Bristol Business School of the University of West England in Bristol and the Thames Valley University in London before his appointment in January 2008 as the managing director of Nigerian Capital Market Institute, a subsidiary of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has been a member of the National Technical Working Group Vision 20-2020 and Ministerial Task Force on Sovereign Wealth Fund. Presently, Oyefeso is the group chief executive officer of the Covetable Group Limited with subsidiaries including Morewits Financial Market Institute, Morewits Consulting, Covetable Properties, Morewits Techprints and Prophealth Farms.
