Niger Govt. confirms rescue of Kagara students

NIGER government has confirmed that it secured the released of students of Government Science College, Kagara in Rafi local government areas of the state.

Gov. Abubakar Sani-Bello of Niger through his chief of secretary to announced this in Minna on Saturday.

Realnews reports that 42 persons, including students, staff and family members of the school were abducted by gunmen on Feb. 17.

The statement said the victims were received by the Niger government officials at the Niger State Development Company, NSDC, suite in Minna. – NAN
