THE Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, has in an effort to provide affordable accommodation for the officers and men of the service, flagged-off the project in a ceremony at the NIS Headquarters, Abuja.
The Comptroller General of Nigeria Immigration Service, represented by the Assistant Comptroller General Overseeing Human Resource Management, HRM, Iam Haliru, advised the company to look into making the project affordable and delivered at target time so that contributors would benefit, while still in active service.
The company was also advised that it should be flexible to accommodate many officers, who are genuinely interested in securing accommodation through Manzuwa Ventures Limited.
“The Housing Scheme is located at Kyami, along Airport Road, Abuja,” the statement by James Sunday, Service Public Relations Officer, NIS, said.
