Godwin Okorobia Nwokeoma, acting general overseer of the Divine Apostolic Church Christ, will be laid to rest in Obosa Assa, Imo State, March 15
Godwin Okorobia Nwokeoma, 72, a reverend gentleman and native of Obosa Assa, Ohaji/Egbema local government area of Imo State, who died on January 6, after a brief illness, will be laid to rest in his hometown on Saturday, March 15. According to the funeral arrangements released by the family, an interdenominational Christian wake-keep will hold at his home in Obosa Assa on Friday, March 14. The remains will be interred after a funeral service on March 15.
During his life time, Nwokeoma was an acting general overseer of the Divine Apostolic Church of Christ, Nigeria. He is survived by Lois Nwokeoma, his wife, children, grandchildren and other relatives among who is Joel Nwokeoma of The Punch newspaper.
