“Children should not depart from the way of the Lord throughout their days on the land of living,” she stated.

She acknowledged parents for their care for the children, stressing the need for adequate protection and support for them at all times.

Similarly, the Wife of Osun Deputy Governor, Mrs Olusola Adewusi, lauded Ooni and the Queen for their kind gesture towards the children and indigenes of Ile-Ife at large.

Adewusi urged the children to be good ambassadors of their families and always see themselves as the leaders of tomorrow.

“You need to work in the way of the Lord, obey your parents, face your studies, be focused on your future aspiration and work towards achieving it,” she advised.
