THE Nigeria Football Federation, NFF has expressed shock and sadness over the death of Olajide Fashikun, sports journalist, on Sunday morning in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja

The NFF learnt from sources close to the late Fashikun that he died at a federal hospital in Abuja.

On behalf of the entire NFF, we prays that God Almighty will grant the soul of the departed Fashikun eternal rest in His bosom, and also grant those he has left behind including his immediate family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
