THE fourth batch of five ministers Designate that took oaths of allegiance before President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday are Ekiti – Otunba Adeniyi Adebayo, Enugu – Geoffrey Onyeama, Gombe – Isa Ibrahim Pantami.

Others are Imo – Emeka Nwajiuba and Jigawa – Sulieman Adamu.
