Association tasks lawmaker on quality representation

THE Keffi Old Boys Association (KOBA) of Government College, Keffi, Nasarawa State, has urged the member representing Keana constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Alhaji Mohammed Omadefu (APC), to provide quality leadership to his constituents.

Mr Samuel Dallah, the Leader of KOBA set 92, made the call on Tuesday when they paid a courtesy visit on Omadefu in Lafia.

Dallah, who thanked God for elevating one of their own to be a lawmaker, assured him of their support. “We are here to congratulate you on your successful inauguration as member of the state House of Assembly.

“We are happy because you are not only representing Keana constituency but you are also representing KOBA. We urge you to continue with your good character in which we knew you with.

“By providing good leadership and quality representation, and we believe that you will not dissappoint us,” he said.

He assured the lawmaker of their prayers and support to enable him succeed. Responding, Omadefu appreciated them for the visit and assured that he would not fail while discharging his duties.

“I want to commend you for the visit and I assure you that I will provide quality leadership to my people by God grace. You should continue to pray for me and support me to succeed,” he said.

The lawmaker promised not to disappoint the people of the constituency and the state at large. Dallah also solicited for prayers and support from all and sundry to enable him succeed. (NAN)
