PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, November 11, formally allotted portfolios to 36 men and women who would work in his cabinet. Prominent among them is Babatunde Fashola, SAN, a former governor of Lagos State, whom he named minister of Power, Works and Housing.

The ministry is a merger of three ministries: Power, Works as well as Housing, Land and Urban Development.
