Buhari defeats Atiku Abubakar in Kwara State

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has been declared winner of the presidential election in Kwara State. The Independent National Election Commission, INEC, said the president defeated Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, with 308,984 votes.
Abubakar pulled 138,184 votes in the state.
