OLAPADE Agoro, the National Chairman of National Action Council (NAC), has advised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to deregister the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) within seven days.

The advised which was contained in a letter sent to the commission  Agoro said was as a result of the recent revelation by Senator Ibrahim Mantu, former Deputy Senate President now a member of APC that he rigged the last general elections for PDP.

Another reason for the call he said, “The fact that almost all in the present leadership of APC government were formerly same people in PDP now in opposition and looters list being circulated by the federal government”

Agoro who recently declared an interest to contest the 2019 presidential election threatened to take a legal action against the commission if it failed to carry out the demanded action against the parties mentioned above.

“It becomes pertinent to hereby give you seven days notice from the date of dispatch of this letter to you demanding that both the APC and PDP be deregistered and proscribed since both APC and PDP are dirty and corrupt same one-party disguising as two.

“And as well to take into consideration Social Democratic Party (SDP) currently enmeshed in Naira One hundred Million Dasuki Gate scandal; failing which I will without further notice cause Legal action/ s to be instituted against you jointly and severally.

He further stressed that the call is in line with the provision of section 15, subsection( 5) of the amended constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which states that State shall abolish all corrupt practices and abuse of power.
