Lai Mohammed, Nigerian minister of Information and culture has explained why the federal executive council meeting will not hold on Wednesday, September 6.

According to him, “This week’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting will not hold due

to inadequate time to prepare the documents for the meeting.”

Mohammed made this announcement in a statement issued in Kano, on Tuesday by Segun Adeyemi, his special adviser, stating that “the two-day public holidays declared for the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations left little or no time to prepare for the weekly meeting.”
