Gov. Bindow approves N65m for payment of LG pensioners

GOVERNOR Mohammed Bindow of Adamawa has approved N65 million for the payment of Local Government retirees in the state.

Mr Mathias Yohanna, Chief Press Secretary to the governor, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday in Yola.

Yohanna said the governor also directed the local government pension board to commence the payment immediately. (NAN)
