NDDC MD sacked

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, February 19, sacked Joy Nunieh, managing director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, and appointed Professor Kemebradikumo Pondei, as a replacement.

He also reorganised the Interim Management Committee, IMC of the NDDC.

Buhari increased the number of the committee from three to five persons, including Cairo Ojougboh, Ag. executive Director (Projects); Ibanga Bassey Etang, ag. executive director (Finance and Administration); Caroline Nagbo (member); and Cecilia Bukola Akintomide, a former vice president with African Development Bank as a member.
