PHOTOS purporting to be those of the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission have surfaced online.

Posted on the verified Twitter handle of INEC Nigeria @inecnigeria, the photographs show persons said to be INEC staff members virtually naked and wading in deep waters of Kurmi Local Government Area of Taraba State in search of voters that have yet to register.
