BISHOP Abraham Chris Udeh, general overseer of Mount Zion Faith Global Liberation Ministries Inc, aka By Fire By Fire, Nnewi, Anambra State, is supporting the call by Nnamdi Kanu, leader to the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, for a referendum or there would be no election in Anambra State.

Udeh told journalists at his Church auditorium that he wants Anambra people to obey the order because of the attitude of the National Assembly which threw out the motion on devolution of power from the ongoing constitutional amendment.

According to him, those who criticised Kanu’s position should take note of the way the legislators rejected  the issue of devolution of power justified the call for referendum.

He observed that no amount of pressure would make the All Progressives Congress, APC-led federal government to listen to the yearning of the people for restructuring, adding: “these are the reasons that made me give 100 percent support to the referendum being canvassed by Kanu and my argument is that if President Muhammadu Buhari’s government had a listening ear, it would not have toyed with the peoples demand to restructure Nigeria.”

He said the call for referendum should be heeded so that those who do not want to be part of Nigeria can easily transform to Biafra.
