PASTOR David Pam of the Living Faith Church, Abuja-Keffi road, has urged Christians to pray and fast so as to be empowered to have dominion over life’s situations and challenges.

Pam made the call in a Sunday Sermon which had the theme: “Prayer and Fasting Facilitates Fulfillment of Prophecy”.

He said that the benefits and spiritual power derived from fasting and prayer were not quantifiable, pointing out that such spiritual power was crucial for Christians to live triumphant lives.

According to him, God, who is the creator of the universe and the owner of wealth, will not allow the ungodly to be richer than His children.

The Pastor, who took his message from the book of Exodus 3:21 and 12:36, said that people, who serve the Almighty, will never be empty.

He said that the word of God would only work when it is fully accepted and believed by the faithful.

“It is not even enough to just believe the word of God. We must obey His word so as to be truly His children,” he said.
