GARBA Umar, Anambra State Commissioner of Police, has re-stated the commitment of his command to provide tight security during and after the yuletide.
Commissioner Umar said this in an interview with information correspondent at the Governor’s Lodge, Amawbia.
He noted that he had mapped out strategies to curb crime in the state, especially in the remote areas.
“With the sophisticated facilities provided by the state government, we will ensure safety of lives and properties, especially for visitors coming to the state.
“We will make judicious use of the equipment to clamp down their command and control centres,’’ Umar emphasised.
He, then, warned all hoodlums and miscreants who had fashioned out ways to operate, to flee from the state saying the police will make the state inhabitable for them.
