100 Days in Office: Gov. Sule lays solid foundation for peace, devt – Speaker

ALHAJI Ibrahim Abdullahi, the Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, says Gov. Abdullahi Sule has laid a solid foundation for the peace, unity, progress and transformation of the state.

Abdullahi stated this while speaking on the 100 days in office of Sule in Lafia on Thursday.

He acknowledged that the last four years of the governor was eventful as the state has developed tremendously.

The speaker said the governor has done well in almost all sectors of the economy within the period under review.

Abdullahi emphasised that the revenue base of the state has been enhanced greatly and investment foundation was put in place.

“As the State is now attractive for investment,” he said.

The speaker noted that the 100 days in office of Sule has seen the government putting up machinery in motion for consolidation on the previous achievements.

Abdullahi called on residents of the state to continue to pray and support Sule to enable him deliver on the positive line up of developmental initiative he has for the state.

The speaker re-assured the governor of the 7th Assembly’s commitment to give him all the necessary support to enable him succeed in his transformation agenda.

Abdullahi urged the people of the state to continue to live in peace and tolerate one another irrespective of their affiliations.

He added that no society would achieve meaningful progress and development without peace. (NAN)
