12 ships discharge assorted products at Lagos ports

THE Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) on Tuesday said that 12 ships had arrived the Lagos Port Complex and were discharging assorted products.

It listed the items being discharged as general cargo, container, bulk pellets, bulk sugar, frozen fish, soya bean meal, butane gas and petrol.

The authority said that 14 other ships expected to arrive the port between Aug. 8 to Aug. 22.

It said that the ships were carrying frozen fish, bulk sugar, bulk wheat, general cargo, butane gas, container and bulk fertilizer.

It indicated that two other ships had arrived the port and were waiting to berth with petrol. (NAN)
