39 ships carrying various products expected at Lagos ports—Official

NO fewer than 39 ships conveying petroleum products, food and other goods are expected to arrive at Apapa and Tin Can Island Ports, from Monday to June 16, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that not less than six of the 39 ships will berth with petrol, while five ships will also sail in with general cargo.

The remaining 28 ships are carrying buckwheat, fertiliser, base oil, container carrying different goods, frozen fish, aviation fuel, diesel, salt and empty containers.

According to NPA, seven of the ships had arrived the ports waiting to berth with bulk fertiliser, frozen fish and petrol
