According to Vanguard reports, the 2023 African Action Congress, AAC, presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, announced the development on his X (Twitter) handle on Friday.
The bail conditions include a N30 million bond, two sureties (one of whom must be a property owner), the submission of his passport, and a restriction on granting media interviews.
However, former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has disclosed his readiness to meet Farotim’s bail conditions says former spokesman of his presidential campaign organization, in 2023, Tanko Yunusa via his X handle, on Friday.
According to Yunusa, the former governor of Anambra State wanted the allegation against the former member of his campaign organization to be resolved in the best interest of all concerned.
