This year’s Conference and Exhibition, which was the fourth in the series of annual conferences and exhibitions, had a plethora of speakers and events lined up to discuss and chart a way forward for the Nigerian oil and gas industry in line with international best practices in view of recent developments and trends in the international oil and gas market.

The three-day exhibition was a perfect platform to showcase innovations and products, as well as discover the latest technologies in the market and also win business. Beyond that, it was also a great international hub to get to know the solutions and meet the industry’s suppliers. The open plan theatre was an ideal opportunity to present to an audience numbering thousands, the innovations in the sector, and an excellent way to capture details of key prospective clients specifically interested in products and services.

Doron Ben Sira, chief executive officer, SkyVision, said the event was positioned to bring together government ministries, industry stakeholders and key oil and gas professionals. He said that his company, a leading global provider of IP connectivity over satellite and fiber optic systems, used the occasion to launch its new corporate voice, data and video services. “We welcome this opportunity to strengthen our support for local oil and gas customers in the region, and enable them to improve their productivity and network security. This exhibition provides the opportunity to showcase our latest services and further SkyVision’s commitment to reliable network coverage in Nigeria,” he said.
