THE management of Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) FC Ilorin have renewed the contract of its Technical Adviser, Jerome Igbankwe, for another year.

The club’s Director of Football, Chief Alloy Chukwuemeka, disclosed this on Friday in Ilorin while briefing newsmen after a management meeting.

Chukwuemeka said that Igbankwe did very well last season, hence reason to renew his contract as contained in the initial agreement.

According to him, the club played 18 matches in the league and won seven, drew six and lost five, scoring 24 goals in the process.

The ABS director of football said the team would resume for the new season on Tuesday (Jan. 10), while the players are expected to resume on Wednesday (Jan. 11) for training. (NAN)
