CHRISTOPHER Ekwealor, the newly appointed head of Administration, Oyi Local Government Area, has assured staff of the LGA of conducive working environment.

Ekwealor gave the assurance while exchanging views with newsmen in his office at Nteje.

He assumed work on June 28, and was formally introduced to all staff at their different departments.

Ekwealor said he appreciated the staff for their punctuality and dedication to duty.

The head of admin, then, promised to tackle challenges facing the staff, such as building and equipping of offices for the senior staff and reviving the LG canteen.

“All these can be achieved with money, depending on the allocation to the LG from the revenue generated from the Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, of the LGA, after paying staff salaries,” he said.

He urged all staff to show co-operation and love among one another.
