ONCE upon a time in the remote clan of Ibusa then in the Western Region of Nigeria, there lived a very powerful Warrant Chief called Okonji Mpi. He was so powerful that he could take your wife or your livestock and you dared not to speak out. One fateful evening as with the custom an old woman discovered that her goat was missing, she decided to raise alarm across her neighborhood shouting on top of her voice accompanied with a disused vessel begging whoever that held her goat to kindly release it to her. As she passed by Chief Okonji Mpi’s compound she peeped inside and saw her goat well tethered. She immediately turned back and started walking back home. As she walked back to her house those who heard her announcing the missing goat asked if she had seen the goat. She said she had seen her goat but it was in the house of Egwu ekwem kwu (Fear does not permit me to talk).

The moral contention is not whether President Muhammadu Buhari is dead. This is an incontrovertible fact.  Major General Muhammadu Buhari died since 2017. The bone of moral contention is what will Nigerians do to these politicians and journalist who are aware that Muhammadu Buhari is dead but continue to reap from this altar of invidious falsehood and calamitous leadership?

All the past Presidents and Heads of State of Nigeria—Dr. Yakubu Gowon, Chief Olusegun, Obasanjo, General Ibrahim Babangida, General Abdulsalami Abubakara and, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan cannot stand up before God and say they are not aware that the Major General Muhammadu Buhari they know died in 2017 and that the man there is not him but an impostor from Niger Republic. The Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo knows he should have been the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by now if not for the Caliphate-Bola Tinubu conspiracy and the threat of assassination. All the Ministers, State Governors, Members of the Federal Legislature are aware that they are dealing with an impostor as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The truth about the criminal denial of President Muhammadu Buhari’s death and Aisha Buhari’s widowhood is like making a choice between a clean cup of water in a leprous hand and a dirty cup of water in a clean hand. While it takes a daring man to grip the clean cup of water out of the leprous hand, it takes a man of morbid sense of principle and chronic cowardice to drink the dirty cup of water in the clean hand. Many Nigerians have chosen to drink the dirty cup of water rather than boldly taking the clean cup of water from the leprous hand.

On Friday December 23, 2022 a group of Nigerian leaders cutting across the formal band of corrupt politicians, compromised traditional rulers and the spiritually corrupt Christian and Islamic religious leaders gathered in Aso Villa to participate in a fake and make-shift posthumous  80th birthday celebration of a President Muhammadu Buhari that had since died in 2017. Every Nigerian across ethnic and religious lines knows that 80th birthday celebration is a very noble and regal event that involves every member of the family. But here Nigerians witnessed a President celebrated his so called 80th birthday without his so called wife Aisha Buhari and his so called first son Yusuf and Aisha’s daughters present and by his side.

Indeed what Nigerians are witnessing in Aisha Buhari is a woman with conscience. A woman who cannot stand the mental pain of trading her noble widowhood on the altar of selfish political interests of a devious clique called Fulani cabal! A woman who by every act of her body signs and movements has informed Nigerians that her real husband was dead and that she is alone and out of whatever blames that trail the current evil Federal Government of Nigeria under a masked President from Niger Republic!

Aisha Buhari knows that keeping quiet and running away to far away United Arab Emirates are not enough to exonerate her and her children from the blood of the many innocent Nigerians that have been shed on account of her dastard connivance to cover up the death of her husband. She knows as a woman of conscience that the spirit of her late husband will continue to haunt her if she continues to parade with an unknown quantity as her husband in disguise. The so called 80th birthday celebration, if sensible Nigerians can recall, was not the first or second or third or fourth time the noble woman had refused to parade herself in public as the official wife of an unknown President.

Those who were at home with the real Major General Muhammadu Buhari who was Nigeria’s Head of State for about two years will agree with me that there are certain pretentious utterances from the current impostor from Niger Republic which would never have come out of the original Muhammadu Buhari. A real Major General Muhammadu Buhari would never have had the time to make such statement as “there are people around me that think they can intimidate me to get what they want, instead of going through certain systems to earn whatever they want to earn”, as reported in his so called 80th birthday speech. Most importantly, a real Buhari will not wait till Friday December 23, 2022 to tell Nigerians that he is not Jibrin of Sudan. The real Muhammadu buhari would walk down the streets of Nigeria even alongside his herds of cows to prove his identity. Any intellectual acquainted with speech analysis will readily pass these as automated artificial speeches designed to dilute certain vexatious questions.

Festus Keyamo, the bonded spokesman of APC Presidential candidate Alhaji Ahmed Tinubu has not yet convinced Nigerians why President Muhammadu Buhari has refused to join his party’s campaign train. Was it not the same Muhammadu Buhari, Bola Tinubu chested out his energy and resources in 2015 to bring to power or another President Muhammadu Buhari?

The point is that for three fundamental reasons, the man from Niger Republic who is being operated as a political robot was instructed, not advised, first to avoid political rallies to avoid his cap from accidentally fallen off his head in order not to show that he is not the bald-headed Muhammadu Buhari. Second, attending political rallies will not be in tune with his normal tailored public audience which might expose his true identity. And third, since he is not fluent in English language and does not speak fulfube, rallies might be the major point of revealing his true identity. This explains why somebody like Festus Kiyamo a Senior Advocate of Nigeria will be rolling his tongue in-between his set of dentition just to find explanations.

Indeed many Nigerian journalists are aware of this fact but because of the fear of an Okonji Mpi or better still the quest for the ignominious morsel of corrupted bread none was and still willing to chest out for the truth.

In a reverse eulogy on Dr. Reuben Abati dated October 24, 2015 and titled “Reuben Abati: An ‘Otimkpu’ in whom the man has since died” Dr. Ugoji Egbujo opened up with a succinct punch which best describes Dr. Reuben Abati:

“Nigeria is the land of political eunuchs. The country   is replete with   loquacious   apostles of   morality, sanctimonious   technocrats,   who come into government with so much promise but are   castrated by a brief   exposure to   the irradiation of power and   money.”

Nigerians could recall that if not for the masculine boldness of the late Prof. Dora Akunyili and the readiness of the Ijaw nation to take the bull by the horn the late President Umaru Yar’Adua should have served out his eight-year term as a dead man, just as Nigerians are witnessing today with a dead and buried Muhammadu Buhari President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Professional historians are beginning to wonder how this shrill episode of Nigerian history would be penned down for the future generations in their history books.

Any sincere Nigerian who came close to fake President Muhammadu Buhari even without knowing the dead Buhari in person will readily attest to the fact that he was interacting with a fake Buhari. The Ministers are aware that their original President was dead but were offered the choice of shutting up their mouths and serve out the whole eight years with full license of looting their respective treasuries or face the risk of being butted out by whoever might take over or in the alternative assassinated by either bandits, Fulani herdsmen or unknown gunmen.

The Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo was placed between the devil and deep black sea. He was threatened with military coup and subsequent assassination should he fail to cooperate with the fake Buhari. In addition to the promise of supporting his Presidential bid as compensation, he was threatened by Alhaji Bola Tinubu to stay as Vice President or lose his support since Osinbajo’s emergence as President could have signaled the end of his Presidential ambition. Prof Osinbajo was further advised by Pastor Enoch Adeboye to be contented with his position of Vice President and quietly enjoy his pension and gratuity afterwards in case his Presidential bid fails.

The State Governors likewise were given the option of serving out their terms with unlimited license to loot their Governments’ treasury and without EFCC interference. In fact when a plan by the Cabal in connivance with their political dummy Rotimi Amaechi was hatched to remove Nyesom Wike through a State of Emergency in Rivers State and it filtered to Nyesom Wike, the latter threatened them to dare him and he would tell Nigerians who is in that Aso Villa as President Muhammadu Buhari. The result was that Governor Nyesom Wike was granted unrestricted liberty to dramatize as a mini-President within a Nigerian State. Even Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is well aware he dare not challenge Emperor Nyesom Wike otherwise it might get to the point where the black cat could be let out of the bag.

For people like Dr. Reuben Abati and Nduka Obaigbena however, it was a matter of reversing the truth for a morsel of bread. Indeed for those who knew Nduka Obaigbena during General Ibrahim Babangida era, that was his usual business style; the reason he was always at cross-roads with the late indomitable lion of the Nigerian Fourth Estate Chief Chris Okolie. In fact in those days ThisDay newspaper was known as the Institute of Corrupt Journalism because Nduka Obaigbena never paid his journalists regular salaries but instead commanded them to use their identity cards to create their own salaries by whatever means. So it was not surprising that such a man could lead such a gangsterian journalistic mission to market a dead President out of his grave.

Dr. Reuben Abati informed us that four years after Nnamdi Kanu’s revelation of an impostor Jibrin of Sudan as President Muhammadu Buhari, he decided to carry out an investigative interview with President Buhari in the company of his boss Mr. Nduka Obaigbena—a well known Fulani pawn, to prove the point that the man there is not Nnamdi Kanu’s Jibrin of Sudan but the real Muhammadu Buhari.

Hear him!

“The man that our team sat with and interviewed didn’t sound like a Jibrin from Sudan. He was alert, alive, informed, confident, relaxed, witty and capable of disarming humour. He was not the invalid or the senile old man that his critics say he is. He didn’t sound weak either. As the interview progressed, he had another function that he needed to attend, and we didn’t leave the Villa until about 11 pm. Less than 12 hours later, the same man, the following day was in Lagos to commission rail, maritime, and security projects.”

So Reuben Abati—a supposed doctoral degree holder was telling Nigerians that he knew Jibrin of Sudan before hand, otherwise how could he have so easily dissected Jibrin’s personality in contrast to Muhammadu Buhari? Strikingly enough, the same Dr. Abati did not tell us what made the man the real Muhammadu Buhari and not Jibrin of Sudan. Abati did not also tell Nigerians whether he knew original Muhammadu Buhari in person and so could rightly be speaking from experience. Indeed every image he painted about his Jibrin Buhari as stated above clearly depicts a man of youthful energy which could not rightly be said of the aged Muhammadu Buhari that contested Presidential election in 2015. In his further self-contradiction Abati tells us that:

“In six years, he [Muhammadu Buhari] has not granted one Presidential media chat. Other Presidents gave one on one interviews to media houses, or even stand-up interviews with reporters. This President has been unusually reticent and absent. On the few occasions that he has spoken to the press, he did so with foreign journalists, a counter-productive move that merely infuriated Nigerian stakeholders.”

How can an assumed intellectual like Reuben Abati—even though possession of a doctoral degree alone does not make one an intellectual or scholar, explain his above statement in the context of elementary logic and spatial historical judgment, beyond the fact that the said Muhammadu Buhari exhibited every ingredient of foreignness to the same country he was commissioned to rule? Furthermore, did it not surprise Nigerians that Nduka Obaigbena  who purportedly knew Major General Buhari in person did not utter a single word either in support or against of Reuben Abati’s incongrous incantations to resurrect a dead Muhammadu Buhari?

Meanwhile Nigerians are patiently waiting for Reuben Abati respond to the following questions directed to him by Nnamdi Kanu:

“Dear @abati1990, could you kindly tell the world, from the collection below, which version of the late @MBuhari you interviewed?“ The man you interviewed, did he speak #Fulfude? Did you ask him about the hole in his neck or his Kpomo ear? “Eyes are useless when the mind is blind!”
