Anambra police invite owners of recovered stolen vehicles, motorcycles to claim their property

THE Anambra State Police Command is appealing to the general public and the good people of Anambra State to come forward to claim the following recovered vehicles, tricycles, and motorcycles. These were seized during various operations, including raids on criminal camps and investigations into reports of armed robbery, stealing, murder, forced dispossession of properties, and car snatching.

Owners are requested to come to the office of the State Criminal Investigations Department, Awka with valid proof of ownership for a claim. 

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the recovered vehicles included; Space Wagon Passat with Reg Nos: NNE 48 AS, Golf with Reg Nos: THE 479 AA, Shuttle Bus with  Reg Nos: AGU 364 ZW, MitsubIshi Bus with Reg Nos. CN 25 ABJ

Shuttle Bus with Reg Nos. JJT 442 ZF,

Shuttle Bus with Reg Nos. AWK 913 ZQ

Tvs Tricycle without Reg Nos.

Others were; Tvs Tricycle with Reg Nos. AAH 410 VW, Topstar Motorcycle without Reg Nos, Honda Today without Reg Nos,  Honda Cub without Reg Nos, 

Sanyang without Reg Nos,  Keystone without Reg Nos, Honda Today Motorcycle without Reg Nos.

Ikenga noted that the Commissioner of Police,  Nnaghe Obono Itam assured members of the public that the Command is committed to ensuring that stolen properties are not only recovered but returned to their rightful owners to assuage the sense of deprivation the victims of such crimes go through.
