Anambra to commence 2017 promotion interview

THE Anambra State government is set to commence the 2017 pool staff oral interview on February 14.

This is contained in a circular signed on Jan. 30 by J A Kaodiechi, the chief executive officer, General Duties, Office of the Head of Service, on behalf of the head of service.

The exercise will commence by 9am daily and scheduled to hold at the Office of the Head of Service, Committee Room, Jerome Udoji Secretariat Complex, Awka.

According to the circular, officers in the list are cadres that are qualified for the 2017 promotion exercise.

The officers concerned were being requested to attend punctually.

They include administrative officers, executive officers, GD, confidential secretaries/editorials, librarians/library officers, store officers, programme analysts and data processing officers.

The circular also notes: “officers who are qualified for the exercise are to come with originals and photocopies of their academic qualifications.’’

The circular, then, urged permanent secretaries and heads of administration departments of the MDAs to inform their staff, especially those outside the headquarters accordingly.
