THE All Progressives Congress (APC) has described Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, wife of President Bola Tinubu, as a steadfast partner and solid pillar of support throughout his journey as a pro-democracy activist and politician.

Mr Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), said this in a statement in Abuja on Saturday to commemorate the 64th birthday anniversary of First Lady Oluremi Tinubu.

“The APC lauded Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, wife of President Bola Tinubu, as a steadfast partner and solid pillar of support throughout his remarkable journey.

“From his early days as a pro-democracy activist to his tenure as senator and governor of Lagos State, and now as President of Nigeria, Sen. Tinubu has been a constant source of encouragement and strength.

“Her unwavering dedication has earned her recognition as a true mother of the nation, and her philanthropic efforts have empowered millions of youth, women, senior citizens, and vulnerable groups across the country.

“To live better lives under the banner of flagship platforms, including the Renewed Hope Initiative and New Era Foundation,” the APC’S spokesman said.

He noted that the first lady had extended scholarships to Nigerian students and had given financial support to women in various economic endeavors and medical assistance to many citizens, among other interventions.

“On behalf of Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, the APC National Chairman, members of the National Working Committee (NWC), leaders and members of our great party.

“We join the first family, friends and well-wishers in celebration of our dear first lady’s 64th anniversary of a life of immeasurable impact,” Morka said.

He prayed God in His infinite mercies, to grant the president’s wife many more years in excellent health to continue her service to the nation, and humanity.(NAN)
