Appeal Court Judgment: PDP lauds Tambuwal’s victory

THE Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Sokoto State on Tuesday celebrated Sen. Aminu Tambuwal’s triumph at the Appeal Court in Abuja.
In a statement issued in Sokoto, the PDP congratulated Tambuwal on his confirmed status as the duly elected Senator representing Sokoto South Senatorial District.
The statement, signed by the state Publicity Secretary of the party, Hassan Sanyinnawal, conveyed the full solidarity of the party to the Senator and all other candidates who carried the party’s flag in the 2023 general elections.
Sanyinnawal assured them of an unwavering support from the PDP family in the state, emphasising the party’s commitment to its loyal members and stakeholders.
“PDP is truly impressed with the robust, dynamic, and qualitative representation our legislative ambassadors have shown in the two chambers since their inauguration.
“We encourage you to view your victory as an added motivation to deliver more dividends of democracy to the people of Sokoto State and the nation, who have consistently entrusted their confidence in your capacities.
“Always be mindful of the citizens eagerly anticipating the anticipated developmental strides and positive impact your representation will bring to them,” he remarked.
The publicity secretary emphasised the PDP’s steadfast solidarity as one family, celebrating the courage and efforts of its members in the 2023 elections.
He reiterated the party’s commitment to stand side by side with all its members, stating, “this is as we work together in our collective desire to strengthen and position our party for future victories.” (NAN)
