“Our people made a wise decision by re-electing Gov. Bala Mohammmed for another four years to continue with the good work he is doing.

“I want the citizens to have confidence in us, we will do our best and torch all the sectors; education, health and infrastructure, among others.

“That is why we need continued support and prayers for Bala Mohammmed and Auwal Jatau government to succeed in its avowed determination to uplift the state,” he said.

Jatau also said the support of the people would the administration to complete the good works “my principal, Gov. Mohammmed, has started”.

The deputy governor stated that no leader has the intention to fail, but upon assumption into office they were overwhelmed by challenges and unexpected issues.

Jatau assured that Mohammmed has a lot of good plans for the state and would perform well in office, calling for the understanding of citizens as the new administration is set for greater heights.

He described Mohammed as a bold, determined, dogged and persevered man, saying “we are all out to build another and different Bauchi state”. (NAN)
