Breaking: Chadian President Idriss Deby dies
BREAKING NEWS
IDRISS Deby, president of Chad, has died fighting rebels, General Azem Bermandoa Agouna, a military spokesman announced on Tuesday, April 20.
Deby, 68, was re-elected for a 6th term on April 11, after 36 years in office.
The Chadian parliament has been dissolved and his son, Mahmud Ibn Deby, 37, named the President of the Military Council.
