CCT Convicts Orubebe

THE Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, October 4, found Godsday Orubebe‎, a former minister of Niger Delta Affairs, guilty of the allegation that he falsely declared his assets in 2007.

The tribunal in a judgement delivered by Justice Danladi Umar, chairman of the CCT, in held that Orubebe failed to declare a property at Plot 2057 Asokoro District, Abuja, as his.

The tribunal also ordered that the property be forfeited to the federal government.
