CAC solicits stakeholders support on reform initiatives

ALHAJI Garba Abubakar, Registrar- General of Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), has solicited for customers continued support to the commission’s reform initiatives for effective service delivery.
This is contained in a statement by Mr Rasheed Mahe, CAC’s Head of Media Unit on Wednesday in Abuja.
Mahe said Abubakar made the appeal at the 62nd Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)`s Annual General Conference in Lagos.
Abubakar reiterated the commission`s commitment to ensure that CAC operates in line with global best practices.
He commended the efforts of the CAC Technical team for working diligently to respond to customers’ inquiries and resolving the challenges.
The CAC boss prayed God to give the newly elected NBA president, Yakubu Maikyau the strength to handle his new assignment.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that 13,000 delegates are attending the conference.
NAN also reports that about 116 resource persons are featuring at the conference, with panelists drawn from UN agencies, civil society organisations and state representatives. (NAN)
