CLO commiserates with Gov. Soludo on his father’s death

THE Anambra State Branch of the Civil Liberties Organization, CLO, says that it has received with devastating shock and heart full of sorrow over the demise of the patriarch of the Soludo family in Isuofia Aguata LGA and father of Gov. Charles Soludo, Late Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo, on November 6, 2023.

In a condolence message endorsed by Vincent Ezekwueme Chairman and Chidi Mbah, Secretary respectively, the CLO  expressed its heartfelt condolences and sympathizes with Professor Charles Soludo, Soludo family, Isuofia Community and Aguata LG over the irreplaceable and irreparable loss.

“We will continue to pray and be with the family at this painful and trying moment.

“The family and loved ones should take solace on the fact that he lived rewarding, remarkable, outstanding life worthy of commendation and emulation.

“He was a devoted, dedicated and God fearing Christian, caring father, astute patriotic community leader and peacemaker and lover of peace.

“Pa Soludo was a strict disciplinarian, selfless, humanitarian and compassionate which he inculcated in his children and manifested in the life of Gov. Soludo and siblings.

“To the glory of God Pa Simeon Nwankwo Soludo came, saw and conquered as he lived fulfilled and worthwhile life.

“We pray for eternal repose of his gentle and humble soul in paradise and for God to give Gov. Soludo, family, siblings, loved ones and Aguata LGA the grace and fortitude to bear and endure the great loss,” the statement said.
