CLO mourns Joe Odumakin's mother in-law late Alice Odumakin

THE Civil Liberties Organization, CLO, Anambra State branch says that it has received with shock and devastating disbelief the death of the mother of late Afenifere Chieftain Olayinka Odumakin and mother in-law to the doyen and amazon of human rights activism, Joe Odumakin.
In a condolence message released in Awka, Anambra State and endorsed by Vincent Ezekwueme, chairman and Chidi Mbah, Secretary respectively described late Alice Odumakin as a symbol and epitome of humility, generosity, tolerance, perseverance and social justice.
Those privilege to come in contact with her remember with nostalgia her hospitality, accommodating and caring spirit, selfless sacrifices and services to God and humanity.
She devoted and dedicated greater part of her adult age in rendering humanitarian, patriotic and compassionate services to humanity in tandem with the ideology and philosophy of her son and daughter in-law which she inculcated in them.
Her natural inclinations for loving and caring for people, believe in peaceful and harmonious coexistence of Nigeria and Nigerians singled her out as rare and unique gift to humanity.
Her family, friends and loved ones should take solace on the fact that she lived fruitful, eventful, remarkable and outstanding life worthy of commendation and emulation.
