THE Special Adviser to Governor Ademola Adeleke on Diaspora Affairs, Princess Adebimpe Koyi, is the Osun State member for the Board of National Diaspora Commission.

The statement signed by Olawale Rasheed, spokesperson to Governor Adeleke, stated the the earlier announcement of Olusola Ajala as the state’s nominee on the Diaspora Commission is an error as Ajala remains the Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Communications.

Koyi is consequently affirmed as the Osun’s representative on the board of the Diaspora Commission in line with her mandate as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Diaspora matters.

The Diaspora Commission as well as local and International agencies are advised to take note.
