Cote d’Ivoire hosts 4-day meeting of ECOWAS Resident, Permanent Representatives

THE ECOWAS Resident and Permanent Representatives will hold a 4-day meeting in Côte d’Ivoire.

According to the statement by the ECOWAS Commission, the aim of the meeting is to take stock of the achievements and programmes implemented by the institution across the Member States, on the eve of the 50th anniversary of ECOWAS.

It added that during the 4-day meeting, issues relating to the future of ECOWAS in the Member States were also addressed.
